How to Apply
Appalachian State University seeks to enroll new students who will be academically motivated in the classroom and who will bring a diverse pool of talents and interests to the university.
Submitting the Application
To make the application process easier, we encourage you to apply on-line. Why? It's easy (the on-line form has detailed instructions). It's safe (the data is encrypted). And applying on-line also means a shorter review and notification process.
The application for admission for the Fall, Spring, and Summer 2010 academic terms will be available online in early September.
If it is not possible for you to apply on-line, please contact our office for further assistance. Admissions representatives are available weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Call 828-262-2120; e-mail admissions@appstate.edu; or contact us if you have any questions. How you apply--on-line or paper-- will not have any bearing on the admission decision.
