Campus Housing
We urge all first-year international students not accompanied by dependents to live on campus. International freshmen are required to live on campus their first year. Information regarding housing options will be mailed to students after he/she has been accepted to Appalachian.
Students who bring spouses, children, or other dependents may wish to apply for housing in the University's Mountaineer Apartments. The apartments have one or two bedrooms and are a short walk from the campus. Students who choose not to live in Mountaineer Apartments must find other off-campus housing for themselves and their families.
